We've collaborated with Tokachi Yohoen, which produces meticulously crafted honey in Hokkaido's Tokachi region—a place with ties to the band.
This honey, featuring a Spitz original label, is made from nectar gathered by bees from clover (white clover) flowers.
Clover honey is characterized by its mellow yet distinctly rich sweetness. It pairs perfectly with black tea, coffee, and fruit wines.
Tokachi Bee Farm is dedicated to producing pure domestic honey. They practice migratory beekeeping, traveling across Japan with their bees to different locations according to the flowering seasons.
They allow the honey to mature in the hives until it reaches a high sugar content. Once harvested, they handle all production themselves, including bottling.
Beyond this, the apiary is dedicated to thorough bee husbandry, health management, and even afforestation projects to develop nectar sources. It's an apiary driven by a passion to let many people enjoy delicious honey.
