Regarding the Abolition of the EU’s Duty-Free Threshold for Shipments Under 150 Euros
Share
Effective July 1, 2026, the duty-free threshold for shipments to the EU valued at less than 150 euros has been abolished. As a result, a 3-euro customs duty and a customs handling fee (Small Parcel Tax) will now be imposed for each HS code (commodity classification code).
Please note that since the current EMS shipping option is limited to DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), customs duty rates vary depending on the destination country, and any applicable duties must be paid separately by the customer upon receipt of the package.
